Please congratulate!

Captain Samuel Woolheater - Collaborative Post Excellence - Nominated by Commander Rin "The Thin Green Line"
This one just clicked for the two of us. We only passed the JP back and forth a half dozen times. Our characters are on *almost* the same page, which is way more interesting than actually being on the same page. I'm super happy with how this one turned out, and a good deal of the credit goes to Sam.

Civilian Teevs Dosivi - Whoopi Goldberg Diversity Ribbon - by Commander Kyle Reece - For the beautiful details he has generated, starting first with a single ship and a father and daughter duo, surrounded by the "aliens" or the Elysium, then exploding that into an entire world of different sights, sounds and descriptive smells, with the Lonian homeworld, I feel that my friend, Mr Teevs Dosivi, definitely deserves this award.

Captain Joshua Young -Semper Fidelis Cross - Nominated by Captain Samuel Woolheater - I nominate Marine Captain Joshua Young for his actions in the rescue of the imprisoned crew at the Lonian prison. Particularly for his work in securing the safe recovery of Teev's daughter Kerilia. Saving the life of his recoveree, the lives of his fellow Marines and the success of that recovery operations.

Commodore Phoenix Lalor-Richardson - Outstanding Personal Character Arc - by Commander Kyle Reece - From day one that I was introduced to the character of Phoenix Lalor, I have found her very interesting. She was well fleshed-out, with a compelling backstory, and she did not come across as the typical, "I can do no erong" commanding officer. Over the years, she has grown, matured, learned hard lessons, fell in love, had babies, experienced heart ache and more pain. Then she found new love with an old friend, and she grew more as a person, gaining new experiences and life lessons along the way. As the rank grew heavier, she never walked away from her duties. Instead, she gave more and more to her crew, and we learned, from her story, that she is beginning to really understand the price that comes with sitting in the center seat. I believe that the Phoenix Lalor that I met all those years ago, is not the same woman in that center seat anymore. Jill has taken us on a long story arc that has continued to grow more vibrant. I hope Phoenix's story does not end for many years to come.
