USS ELYSIUM – CREW REMINDER- Posting Requirements & Communication

CREW REMINDER

Hello everyone,

Just a friendly reminder to all members of the
USS Elysium
regarding our posting requirements and the importance
of keeping communication open.

We all have lives outside of the Elysium. Work, family,
health, and other commitments will always take priority.
The Command Team understands that there will be times
when writing simply isn't possible.

What we do ask is that you communicate with us.

If you are struggling to meet the posting requirements,
waiting on another writer, experiencing writer's block,
or need some time away, please reach out to the Command
Team. We would much rather work with you to find a
solution than have someone disappear without a word.

A Few Things to Remember

  Posting:
  A minimum of one qualifying post every 14 days.
  
  
• 
  Joint Posts:
  These count towards your requirements provided you
  have made a meaningful contribution in accordance
  with the rules.
  
  
• 
  LOA / ELOA:
  If you need time away, please submit the
  appropriate leave request.
  
  
• 
  Communication:
  If something is preventing you from posting,
  let your Department Head or the Command Team know.
  
  
• 
  Senior Officers:
  Leadership positions carry an expectation to lead
  by example and help keep departments involved.
  
  

The Elysium is a collaborative writing community.
Our stories depend on everyone contributing, and when
characters become inactive without communication, it
can make it difficult for other writers to progress
their own stories.

We don't expect anyone to put the Elysium ahead of real
life. We simply ask that everyone respects the commitment
they made when joining and keeps us informed when
circumstances change.

Thank you to everyone who continues to contribute their
time, creativity, and enthusiasm to making the
USS Elysium a wonderful place to write.
